I have an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Before going into private practice, I was a therapist in a couples and family counseling center, a medical clinic, and a community mental health center.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an engineer for 22 years, developing advanced computer chips. My career change was inspired by my meditation practice, a desire to understanding how we can have healthy minds and relationships and a passion to help others. I feel very fortunate to be able to help my clients improve their lives. I have advanced training in the following mindfulness, trauma, and couples treatment models: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), PACT (a Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), and Hakomi (a mindfulness-based, somatic therapy).
